Instant Sheer Khurma | 2 Min Me Hoga Sheer khurma Taiyyar | Sheer Khurma Recipe | Eid Special Recipe<br /><br />Serves 5-6 <br />Recipe in English:<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Prepare Instant Sheer Khurma Mix:<br />-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 150g<br />-Ghee 1 tbs<br />-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cups or to taste<br />-Milk powder 4 tbs <br />-Badam (Almonds) chopped half Cup <br />-Chuwaray (Dry dates) sliced 7-8 <br />-Pista (Pistachios) sliced half Cup <br />-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs <br />-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp <br />Prepare Sheer Khurma with Instant Sheer Khurma Mix (Preparation time: 25 minutes):<br /> milk 1 & ½ litre <br />-Pista (Pistachios) chopped<br />-Badam (Almonds) chopped <br />-Chuwaray (Dry dates) sliced <br /><br />Directions:<br />Prepare Instant Sheer Khurma Mix:<br />-Crush vermicelli in a bowl & set aside.<br />-In a wok,add ghee & let it melt.<br />-Add crushed vermicelli and roast on medium flame until fragrant (approx. 2-3 minutes).<br />-Let it cool.<br />-In a bowl,add roasted & crushed vermicelli,caster sugar,milk powder,almonds,dry dates,pistachios, raisins,cardamom powder and mix well.<br />Storage:<br />-Dry & clean jar.<br />-Can be stored in airtight glass jar for up to 6 months (cool & dry place).<br /> -Yields: 800g,enough to make 3-4 litres of sheer khurma.<br />Prepare Sheer Khurma with Instant Sheer Khurma Mix (Preparation time: 25 minutes):<br />-In a pot,add milk and bring it to boil.<br />-Add instant sheer khurma mix (1 cup),mix well and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes or until thickens & keep mixing in between. <br />-Take out in a serving dish and refrigerate until chilled. <br />-Garnish with pistachio,almonds,dry dates & serve!<br /><br />Recipe in Urdu: <br /><br />Ajza:<br />Prepare Instant Sheer Khurma Mix:<br />-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 150g<br />-Ghee 1 tbs<br />-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cups or to taste<br />-Milk powder 4 tbs <br />-Badam (Almonds) chopped adha Cup <br />-Chuwaray (Dry dates) sliced 7-8 <br />-Pista (Pistachios) sliced ¼ Cup <br />-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs <br />-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp <br />Prepare Sheer Khurma with Instant Sheer Khurma Mix (Preparation time: 25 minutes): 01:03<br />dodh 1 & ½ litre <br />-Pista (Pistachios) chopped<br />-Badam (Almonds) chopped <br />-Chuwaray (Dry dates) sliced <br /><br />Directions:<br />Prepare Instant Sheer Khurma Mix:<br />-Bowl mein sawaiyon ko crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.<br />-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.<br />-Crushed sawaiyan dal ker dein aur halki ancch per khushbu anay tak roast ker lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).<br />-Thanda ker lein.<br />-Bowl mein roasted & crushed sawaiyan,bareek cheeni,milk powder,badam,chuwaray,pista,kishmish aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.<br />Storage:<br />-Dry & clean jar.<br />-1-month kliya airtight glass jar mein dal ker strore ker saktay han (cool & dry place).<br />-Yields: 800g,3-4 litre sheer khurma sheer khurma banana kliya kafi hai.<br />Prepare Sheer Khurma with Instant Sheer Khurma Mix (Preparation time: 25 minutes):<br />-Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.<br />-Instant kheer mix (1 cup) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 15-20 minutes ya garha ho janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahien.<br />-
